Venture (JV)
The BFS Portfolio is focused on transitioning customers to
enterprise solutions using state-of-the-art technologies promoting
operational efficiency and flexibility while reducing long-term
sustainment costs. The BFS Portfolio is also focused on improving
network, system, and security services, and providing cost-wise
paths for upgrading systems to provide enhanced capabilities,
scalable to large enterprises, based on recognized quality
standards. These improvements are accomplished and capabilities
delivered through an integrated set of technical disciplines and
support which include:
- Engineering design, data engineering, network engineering
design
- Application/system development, integration and test
- Systems of systems integration and testing
- Security accreditation
- Deployment, sustainment, program management and life cycle
management
- System hosting, Data Center operations, data warehousing, and
systems administration

The National Institutes of Health (NIH) has been designated as an
executive agent for purposes of providing Information Technology
(IT) to the government. Under this authority, NIH established three
Government-Wide Acquisition Contracts (GWACs) to support the full
range of IT needs across the federal government, with a particular
emphasis on agencies like NIH and its parent, HHS, that are
involved in health care and clinical and biological research.
TRANSFORMATION TWENTY ONE TOTAL TECHNOLOGY PROGRAM
(T4)
Subcontractor
The Transformation Twenty-One Total Technology (T4) Program will
provide a total solution, encompassing, but not limited to,
required hardware, software, and IT products, in conjunction with
all services needed to integrate a system, network, or other IT
service in order to meet a clients mission requirements.
DISA ENCORE II
Subcontractor
The DISA ENCORE II contract provides technical solutions for the
Department of Defense (DoD) in support of its migration to an
integrated and interoperable Global Information Grid (GIG), as well
as other Federal agencies having similar Information Technology
(IT) migration and integration needs. This is an
Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (ID/IQ) contract to award
Time-and-Materials (T&M) or Labor-Hour (LH), Firm Fixed Price
(FFP) and Cost-Reimbursement (CR) type task or delivery orders in
accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 16.5 -
Indefinite-Delivery Contracts
INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY ENTERPRISE SOLUTIONS - 2 SERVICES
(ITES-2S)

The Army's Information Technology Enterprise Solutions - 2
Services (ITES-2S) contract is the procurement cornerstone for Army
IT systems. The contract provides IT services and solutions to all
military services, DoD agencies, and other Federal agencies. The
total ceiling value for the contract is $20 billion with a period
of performance that expires in 2015.
GSA VETS
Subcontractor
The Veterans Technology Services (VETS) Government-wide
Acquisition Contract (GWAC) is a small business set-aside contract
for service-disabled veteran-owned (SDVO) small technology firms.
It is the result of Executive Order 13360 that is designed to
strengthen federal contracting opportunities for SDVO firms. VETS
presents a new way for federal agencies to achieve small business
goals through the purchase of Information Technology solutions from
small businesses owned by services-disabled veterans.
BIOMETRICS OPERATIONS AND SUPPORT SERVICES -
UNRESTRICTED (BOSS-U)
Subcontractor
The Biometrics Operations and Support Services Unrestricted
(BOSS-U) contract, worth as much as $497 million, will run for a
three-year base period with two, one-year option periods. The
multiple-award, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quality (IDIQ)
contract has a total of 12 prime contractors that will compete for
task orders for both general support and targeted tasks.
DEFENSE MEDICAL INFORMATION SYSTEMS INTEGRATION,
DESIGN, DEVELOPMENT, OPERATIONS, AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES 3
(D/SIDDOMS 3)
Subcontractor
The TRICARE Management Activity (TMA) has awarded a
multiple-award, Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ)
contract called the Department of Defense Systems Integration,
Design, Development, Operations and Maintenance Services 3
(D/SIDDOMS 3). The D/SIDDOMS 3 contract provides the Military
Health System (MHS), its components, and the Department of Veterans
Affairs the ability to order services, equipment, materials and
facilities to design, test and operate information technology
systems and system components. This contract has a term of a single
base year and nine option years.
