(CPS) has experience providing support across the spectrum of full life-cycle software development and product integration activities, to include requirements analysis, architecture analysis and implementation, software engineering, program management, metrics capture and analysis, performance analysis and testing. CPS provides these services for multiple Federal clients to include The DoD Transportation and Logistics community where we provide development, operations and sustainment services on the Surface Deployment and Distribution Command (SDDC) Defense Personal Property System (DPS), Transportation Operational Personal Property Standard System (TOPS) Operations and Maintenance Services (OMSS), Defense Table of Distances (DTOD), Integrated Booking System (IBS) and the SDDC Systems Response Center (SRC) programs. Our development expertise spans .Net and Java technologies and we have fielded production systems which utilize best of breed technologies and processes.

In the Federal Healthcare sector CPS continues to set the pace for providing cutting edge image and data integration solutions for the VA and DoD. CPS has supported the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) since 2006, when we began the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) Interagency Imaging Sharing program to design, develop and implement bi-directional medical image sharing capability between the VA and DoD. The results of this effort culminated in the creation of the PACSIntegrator (PACSi), the only production image sharing solution operating in the VA and DoD health domain, and the Medical Image Viewer (MIV).
